Creative/Marketing Manager - Easigrass - 2010 |
| |
Easigrass approached me wanting to expand, introducing a new marketing department to further increase their sales and market awareness which I was to manage. I quickly a upgraded IT equipment, servers and workflow, create a summer campaign and synchronised artwork and delivery for exhibitions, in-store stands, brochures, events and adverts for multiple magazines while also undertaking an overhaul from the current 10 page website to a 200 page interactive and exciting online presence with the use of javascript, flash, video and a cms system (Wordpress). Multiple branding, company operations, dealing with multiple media requirements while handling all the technical problems with IT and management of staff and their needs were also part of the role. Customer feedback was excellent with every little change I made to the company being noticed and appraised. |

Web Designer - Areatrade - 2008 |
| |
A North London based web design studio employed me on probation basis for four months for whom I produced new design ideas for websites, updated and maintained large websites with hundreds of pages and introduced new folder systems to better manage their client intake. We at the end both thought it would be better for me not to pursue a fulltime role as their studio was approximately 2 hours travel from my home and an everyday trip slowly took its toll on my working abilities. I was commended for my work on numerous occasion and at the fast pace that I could produce ideas and graphic/web design solutions to their astonishment. |

Graphic Designer - Desired Design UK - 2004 - 2009 |
| |
I have had a dream to start up my own design studio for a long time and thought I would be able to do so by myself and employ staff through acquired finance so I started a small profile to work from, which over 2 years, due to the lack of finance has become more of a front to host my freelancing business from for small business within the local area. I have learnt much from this venture from how to deal with everyday issues clients may require resolved while gathering new skills, software experiences and have become faster and faster at providing a complete service to customers at a high standard doing everything they require from design for print, web deign to music production and film editing not to mention Customer Relationship Management, Accounts Management, Advertising & Marketing Techniques, meeting with clients face to face and more... |

General Assistant - Index/Littlewoods - 2003 - 2004 (Part-Time) |
| |
Over the summer vacation I found a job in Barking in East London within Index/Littlewoods store in the town centre where I worked in the stockroom picking objects that were bought at the store front and sending them down the butlers lift to be given to the purchaser. One day I was running up and down making sure everything was in order when I saw a couple that had been standing there for half an hour, so I asked them what they were waiting for and went up stairs and got their purchase for them as it was too big for the lift and no one had been bothered to carry it down the stairs, the floor Manager saw this and offered me a more permanent floor job which I had to decline as I had already made some friends in the stock room and had already started working as a team with them. |
